Real Change Guildford is an initiative to raise funds for those sleeping rough on the streets of Guildford to help them change their lives
The fund can pay for items needed by an individual to end and prevent their homelessness.
The initiative is a partnership between Vaughn House, Guildford Action and Experience Guildford. The fund is administered by Voluntary Action South West Surrey.
