Volunteer Connections – Volunteer Coordinator Vacancy

Voluntary Action South West Surrey is recruiting 2 FTE Volunteer Coordinators.

Based in Guildford, but travel throughout the Guildford and Waverley Boroughs will be required for the role.

Are you passionate about the difference volunteering can make?

Would you like to be part of a lovely team helping charities and voluntary organisations to maximise their volunteer offer?

The Volunteer Coordinator will work closely with a wide range of different organisations across Guildford and Waverley to support them in recruiting and retaining volunteers.

As part of a team you will help to run training sessions on recruiting and retaining volunteers, plus volunteer management.  You will also help to run our Volunteer Coordinators Network.

As part of the role, you will also help to plan and run our conference, which will be held at the University of Surrey.

The salary is £28,156 pa for 35 hours a week, but job share will be considered for the right candidates.
