Are you an organisation who would like to talk about your voluntary roles?
WELCOME TO LUNCH AND LEARN
As part of our Volunteer Connections project, we have launched a regular online meeting series called ‘Lunch and Learn’. For each meeting, we invite organisations to come and share what they do and the various opportunities they have available. It is a great way for you to get more in-depth information about a variety of organisations, and learn about their volunteer roles. Even if you attend the event there is no pressure to sign up to anything, but it might help you decide whether a volunteering opportunity is the right one for you. It could also give you the opportunity to ask questions and find out about something in particular that you are interested in.
The events are all online, a representative from an organisation will attend and possibly a current volunteer present, talking about the work of the organisation and how volunteers are involved. This is also the perfect place to come with any questions you might have before you start your volunteering journey!
If you are an organisation that would like to feature in the future, please contact Alice Sheppard at a.sheppard@vasws.org.uk.
