Purpose of Role:

Citizens Advice Woking is looking for a committed individual to work within a well-recognised organisation and join part of a diverse and enthusiastic team as a money advice and financial capability caseworker. You will need to demonstrate that you have an in-depth knowledge of the full range of money advice areas and the ability to monitor and manage your own caseload to meet deadlines. Recent experience of providing money advice is essential. Additionally, the ability to provide individual face to face and group financial capability sessions is required.

We are looking for an individual with strong communication and organisational skills who is able to conduct client interviews using sensitive listening and questioning skills to get to the root of the issues and empower clients, whilst maintaining structure and control of meetings.

Some remote working will be necessary for the foreseeable future.

A commitment to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice service is essential.
