- Approval of the minutes of the AGM of 29th November 2022
- Consideration of the Report of the Directors
- Consideration and, if thought fit, approval of the accounts of the Charity for the financial year ending 31st March 2022 and the report of the auditors
- Election of Directors
- Appointment of Auditors
- Any other business
